Question: Why did you use Sunflower Oil in your gummies?

Answer: We tried using coconut and avocado oil, which would have been our preference as well. However, it significantly changed the flavor. After consulting with a focus group that likes to avoid seed oil (but does not strictly eliminate it from their diet), they stated since there was only a meniscal amount included (second to last ingredient), that would not deter them from using our gummies. They thought the benefits outweighed the sunflower oil concern

Question: What are the “Natural Flavors” listed on your gummies? Its typically additives like minerals, plant extracts, and they often involve chemical processing. Also, the term “Natural Flavors” is misleading since its not a regulated term by the FDA.

Answer: We only source fruit, plant, and mineral based ingredients. Our Manufacturers do not use chemical processing and we are not adding anything that is not on the label. Our Natural Flavors are freeze-dried fruit ingredients. We do not have any hidden flavors.

Question: Where do you source your ingredients?

Answer: We select manufacturers who adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) and who can source the raw materials we need for consistency. We search for those who specialize in small batch processing.

Question: I love all of your gummies. Is it safe to combine them all and take them daily?

Answer: our products are designed to complement each other when used as directed. If you have specific concerns, consult your health care provider.

Question: What if I eat more because I love all of the flavors?

Answer: We recommend sticking to the serving size. Eating extra is usually not harmful, but it may cause mild digestive discomfort or drowsiness. Consult your doctor if needed.

Question: Are your products vegan?

Answer: Not all products are vegan. As an example, BRINGME Balance contains bovine collagen. Also, Daily Defense with Propolis is not vegan because propolis is a resin-like substance produced by bees.

Answer: All of our products are made in GMP certified facilities and independently tested for purity. Additionally, our products are rated as Excellent on the Yuka app: Independent proof of our commitment to quality and using safe ingredients.

Question: What is the shelf life of your products?

Answer: All gummies have a 2 year shelf life from the day of manufacturing. Each skin care product has a shelf life of 3 years from date of manufacturing.

Question: My Daily Defense Vitamin C Serum + Propolis is brown. Doesn’t that mean it is oxidized and no longer effective?

Answer: This is not the case with the edition containing propolis, as it is a resin like substance created by bees from cone bearing trees and mixed with beeswax. If your Daily Defense Serum Vitamin C (white serum without propolis) is brown, that has oxidized and needs to be replaced.

Question: I run a med spa and will only consider products with medical grade ingredients.

Answer: We use medical grade ingredients in our skin care line. Just some of the medical grade ingredients we use: Ceramide, Bisabolol, Tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan, Ectoin.

Question: Are your products vegan?

Answer: Most are vegan! All of our gummy supplements are vegan, with the exception of BRINGME Balance. That contains bovine collagen. Additionally, Propolis is a product produced by bees, so our two Daily Defense Vitamin C + Propolis serums are not vegan. Three total products in our line are not vegan. Our position is we try to make vegan products whenever it’s the most effective formula.

Question: Do you offer education services regarding your products?

Answer: Yes. We can set up a remote session to enable your teams to learn more about our products. This service is only available to our retail customers.
